Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Sportsbook & Casino — MENA)

Format: Full-time, 100% Remote

Responsibilities:
• Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners: SEO publishers, review/comparison websites, media buyers, sports tipsters, and influencers across the MENA & GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, etc.).
• Build and scale long-term relationships with active affiliates, expanding traffic volumes and player value.
• Negotiate tailored commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat/Fixed fee) and manage partner caps.
• Work with core acquisition channels: SEO, Telegram communities, Social Media (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and direct influencer campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze end-to-end funnel metrics (FTD, CPA, NGR, GGR, CR, Retention, LTV), prevent fraud, and optimize ROI.
• Coordinate with Product, CRM, and Payments teams to enhance local conversion funnels and user retention.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casino.
Proven track record and hands-on experience working with MENA / GCC markets.
• Strong network / established base of active affiliates, webmasters, or communities in the region.
• Solid grasp of commission models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fix) and tracking platforms (Affise, MyAffiliates, Scaleo, or similar).
• Deep fluency in key metrics: FTD, CPA, NGR, GGR, CR, Retention, LTV, and player value.
English — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent (for international communications and negotiations).
