What you will do

• Define and execute the company’s end-to-end AI roadmap, aligning foundation model selection with revenue and operational goals.
• Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems, including RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Implement AI-native infrastructure for model serving, automated evaluation, A/B testing, and drift monitoring.
• Lead company-wide AI adoption by creating literacy programs, internal tooling, and an AI Center of Excellence.
• Serve as the primary AI advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team to translate frontier AI developments into business actions.
• Develop an AI talent strategy, including hiring profiles and technical interview processes for AI engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AI / deep learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+).
• Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI systems that directly impacted business outcomes at scale.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, transformer architectures, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong publication record or recognized thought leadership in the AI community.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience building AI-native products for consumer-facing environments with millions of DAU.
• Track record of driving organization-wide cultural and process transformation through AI.
• Contributions to open-source AI tools or recognized educator in the AI field.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory landscapes (US, EU AI Act, APAC).
