What you will do
- Execute sales strategies for the assigned territory to ensure market penetration and revenue growth.
- Conduct frequent customer visits, provide technical support, and coordinate sales training.
- Track business KPIs and maintain accurate sales forecasts for Copper, Aluminum, and MMS product lines.
- Analyze competitors and market size to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage CRM updates daily and collaborate with the financial department on collections and payment tracking.
- Build early engagement with public companies, utilities, and government stakeholders to influence specifications and tenders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in the industrial or electrical sector.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP and WMS Management.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Lean Management.
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
