What you will do
- Design and deploy ML models for AML monitoring, KYC/KYB risk scoring, and SAR analytics.
- Own production infrastructure including feature pipelines, model serving, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Build internal ML tooling such as reusable pipeline components and evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate LLM-based capabilities into compliance workflows like alert summarization and investigative triage.
- Collaborate with data scientists to transition research-stage models into reliable, auditable production deployments.
- Ensure model explainability and documentation meet internal governance and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ML engineering or data science with a track record of production deployments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks with hands-on MLOps practice.
- Experience with big data platforms like Spark, Databricks, or MaxCompute.
- Demonstrable fluency in AI-assisted development and LLM-integrated pipelines.
- Understanding of ML fundamentals including supervised, unsupervised, and anomaly detection methods.
- Must have a current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto exchanges.
- Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain analytics, or VASP regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of explainability frameworks like SHAP or LIME.
