What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership.
• Partner with business stakeholders and Product Managers to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and drive software architecture, technology standards, and engineering best practices.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of new applications and platform enhancements.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate across teams to establish reusable frameworks and shared platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and database design principles.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native applications.
• Location: Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia (Head Office)

Nice to have

• Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Messaging Systems.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event Sourcing, and CQRS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
