What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers on release planning and software design.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tooling.
• Execute manual testing including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Build and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create dashboards and metrics to track release quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C# or Java preferred).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and BDD.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance, load, or stress testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• ISTQB/ISEB certification.
