What you will do
- Define and implement QA strategies and governance frameworks.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary and distributed QA teams.
- Manage priorities, risks, and multiple delivery streams simultaneously.
- Oversee test management, defect management, and quality reporting processes.
- Drive quality transformation initiatives and test automation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- 5+ years of experience leading QA teams or service management functions.
- ISTQB Certification (mandatory).
- Fluent in English – written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid work model).

- Experience in the Energy or Utilities sector.
