What you will do

• Lead and develop the network of Lab Managers to ensure harmonized standards and operational excellence.
• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, translating research needs into effective infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee laboratory design, space allocation, procurement strategies, and equipment investments.
• Govern the lifecycle of scientific equipment, ensuring sustainability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build productive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in scientific infrastructure, laboratory operations, or management.
• Proven expertise in laboratory setup, equipment procurement, and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, biosafety, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and equipment lifecycle processes.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in research institutes, universities, or biomedical organizations.
• Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and laboratory digitalization systems.
• Relevant certifications in laboratory management, safety, or project management.
