What you will do

• Design and implement automated tests using Ruby and/or Python for backend services and APIs.
• Own test coverage and quality outcomes to ensure stable releases and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to clarify requirements and improve testing processes.
• Troubleshoot networking issues, including connectivity and traffic flow across various environments.
• Configure and maintain test environments, integrating automated test execution into GitLab or Jenkins pipelines.
• Utilize Docker, Selenoid, and AI-assisted tools to support scalable and efficient automation workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering, SDET, or software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python for building automated tests.
• Hands-on experience with API, backend, and end-to-end testing approaches.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
