What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design, training, and optimization of foundation models and AI infrastructure.
• Build and scale high-performance inference systems and large-scale distributed training.
• Lead AI safety research and alignment work, including the development of evaluation frameworks.
• Implement RL and post-training methodologies such as RLHF, RLAIF, and reward modeling.
• Act as a key technical representative during strategic and investor discussions.

Requirements

• Previous experience at a top frontier AI lab (OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepMind).
• 3–8 years of professional experience in the AI domain.
• Deep expertise in AI safety, model fine-tuning, or AI platform/infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, CUDA, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM, or vLLM.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a small, fast-moving team.
• Open to working across various time zones with a globally distributed engineering team.
