What you will do

• Define and own the long-term iOS engineering strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of senior engineers and tech leads.
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and quality processes.
• Improve engineering productivity through automation, tooling, and CI/CD enhancements.
• Partner with product and design leaders to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in mobile development environments.
• Strong hands-on background in iOS development and modern Apple technologies.
• Experience managing senior engineers, tech leads, or engineering managers.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and scalable mobile platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
