TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote or Hybrid in Kyiv)

What you will do

  • Manage the full cycle of Android paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
  • Develop and scale web-to-web acquisition funnels to drive mobile revenue.
  • Launch and optimize TikTok as a primary acquisition channel.
  • Analyze end-to-end performance from impression to revenue to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Automate campaign processes using rules, alerts, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • English: B2 required for documentation and communication.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with web-to-web acquisition funnels and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency in attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
  • Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic UA networks such as Applovin, Liftoff, Moloco, or Unity.
