What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and document business processes.
• Support GPC workstreams on critical deployment and global transformation projects.
• Conduct agile software configuration sessions to meet business objectives.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, reusable test cases, and validation evidence.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide clear status reporting and escalation.
• Develop user stories and support the deployment of new technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test management, SQA, or business transformation.
• Ability to work in the night shift (8pm to 5am).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills for multinational collaboration.
• Must have valid work authorization (no immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• ISTQB Certification.
• Knowledge of GPC, Finance, or Record to Report (RTR).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in Power BI and KNIME.
• Experience in end-to-end test cycles and training manual development.
