Team Lead Data & AI Governance (Data & AI): Leading global IT Data & AI Governance at the intersection of technology, regulation, and business value with an accent on compliance, quality assurance, and scalability. Location: Must be based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Hybrid work model available).

What you will do
- Own and evolve global IT Data & AI Governance, covering data quality, metadata, lineage, and model transparency.
- Translate regulatory requirements like the EU AI Act and GDPR into practical implementation standards.
- Integrate governance into CI/CD, DataOps, and MLOps workflows.
- Define KPIs and control mechanisms for data and AI quality and compliance.
- Enable self-service governance through automation, tooling, and clear playbooks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of platform and governance experts.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, data science, information management, or law and technology.
- 7+ years of experience in AI, data governance, or IT compliance within a large enterprise.
- Proficiency in navigating international AI and data privacy regulations.
- English: C1 proficiency required; German is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex governance guidelines to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience operationalizing governance in technical teams.
Nice to have
- Understanding of GenAI architectures such as RAG, LLM APIs, and AI agents.
- Knowledge of model risk management and responsible AI programs.
