TL;DR

Solution Architect (Aerospace): Designing and ensuring the coherence of complex IT solutions for international aerospace transformation projects with an accent on functional and technical architecture, security standards, and integration principles. Focus on facilitating workshops, supporting decision-making, and ensuring global consistency across multi-system environments.

Location: Must be based in Poland and hold EU citizenship. Role requires occasional business trips and visits to the office in Katowice.

Salary: 18,000–22,000 PLN gross/month (UoP) or 135–190 PLN/h net (B2B).

What you will do

• Design functional and technical architecture for complex IT transformation projects.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, technical constraints, and IT strategy.
• Define architecture building blocks, patterns, and integration principles.
• Facilitate technical workshops and support decision-making with clients.
• Coordinate interactions between business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor architecture risks and contribute to governance committees.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland and hold EU citizenship.
• 10–15 years of experience in complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong background in end-to-end architecture design and documentation.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IT/OT security standards.
• Experience with TOGAF, Archimate, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Fluent English (B2/C1).

Nice to have

• Certifications: TOGAF, SAFe, Archimate, Cloud Architect, or ITIL.
• French language skills.
