TL;DR
Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js): Developing high-performance e-commerce platforms and content websites with an accent on web vitals and component-based architecture. Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Must be already living in The Netherlands.
Salary: € 4.500 - € 5.800 per month

What you will do
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js, prioritizing performance and UX.
- Implement scalable component libraries in collaboration with UX and design teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation for components using Storybook to ensure reusability.
- Collaborate in agile multidisciplinary teams within 2 to 3-week sprints.
- Mentor junior developers and provide structured technical feedback.
- Drive innovation across multiple client projects and diverse teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Must be already living in The Netherlands.
- Proven track record in frontend development within the e-commerce domain.
- Proficiency in styling solutions such as Styled Components, Emotion, CSS Modules, or SCSS.
- Strong foundation in unit/integration testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SSR frameworks like Next.js, Gatsby, or Remix.
Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, or URQL.
- Background in cloud applications (AWS/Azure) and Terraform.
- Skills in animation frameworks such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
