TL;DR

Salary: €2,300–€2,400 gross per month (based on a 40-hour week)

What you will do

  • Develop deep expertise in Via technology, use cases, and best practices to support partners confidently
  • Own quality assurance for new product features by thoroughly testing before rollout
  • Draft clear, easy-to-follow product documentation in the local language partners use
  • Set up and manage partner marketing campaigns to grow ridership
  • Analyze service performance data and lead quarterly business reviews with actionable recommendations
  • Create marketing materials that highlight partners’ success stories

Requirements

  • Language: French (C2 minimum) and English (C2 minimum)
  • Currently enrolled in university (at least 3rd semester)
  • Comfortable working with data and deriving insights from performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving orientation
