What you will do

• Co-create long-term marketing, data, and operations strategies directly with C-suite clients (CMOs, COOs, CIOs).
• Define the strategic roadmap and oversee the execution of multi-million dollar, multi-year agentic AI programs.
• Forge strategic partnerships within the WPP Open and hirify.global global ecosystems to unlock cutting-edge capabilities.
• Establish robust frameworks for measuring the transformative business impact and ROI of agentic AI deployments.
• Influence industry discourse and identify emergent opportunities to develop proprietary agentic IP and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing AI/ML teams, ideally within a global consultancy environment.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI systems, multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for senior executives.
• Robust technical background to guide sophisticated development efforts and uphold best practices in multi-agent workflows.
• Experience navigating diverse international business cultures and collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK on a hybrid basis
