TL;DR

Growth Lead (Commerce): Driving organic and net-new revenue growth for marketplaces and commerce capabilities within the UK and EMEA markets with an accent on strategic growth planning, lead conversion, and capability building. Focus on scaling the marketplace engine, securing new client opportunities, and establishing a community of practice across the region.

Location: Hybrid (Luxembourg) - Teams in office an average of four days a week; role focused on the UK market.

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and execution for organic growth across the UK, targeting 10% YoY growth with top clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies for net-new growth opportunities in the UK and EMEA to secure 20% revenue growth.
  • Streamline the marketplace offering to generate $2m in additional revenue across content, retail media, and consulting.
  • Establish and lead a community of practice across EMEA, hosting forums for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a growth leader for Commerce in the UK, creating connected commerce solutions aligned with market trends.
  • Provide thought leadership via POVs and industry speaking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commerce, marketing, or capability growth, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving YoY growth through client engagement.
  • Deep understanding of digital commerce, marketplace dynamics, and marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of French or German.
