What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams including Development, QA, Analytics, and Product.
  • Align client roadmaps with internal development cycles and release plans.
  • Monitor project progress, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and continuously improve delivery workflows using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Program Coordination within IT.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong command of Jira and Confluence.
  • English: B2+ proficiency required for negotiations and daily communication.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Prague, Czechia.
