What you will do

• Prepare and maintain business analysis plans, roadmaps, and project documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure end-to-end process coverage.
• Model business process flows and define data specifications.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain implementation backlogs.
• Support test scenario preparation and execution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Economics.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Business Analysis for complex IT projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process modeling and optimization.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level minimum).
• Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Expertise in BPMN, UML, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Background in customer portals, digital channels, or self-service platforms.
• Experience with UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Previous work experience with European Institutions or large public-sector organizations.
