What you will do

• Own and evolve the finance data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and maintain analytical models, datasets, and BI solutions for financial reporting and planning.
• Translate financial requirements into robust data models and semantic layers.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to suggest data-driven improvements and challenge existing assumptions.
• Perform advanced analytics and ad-hoc analysis to solve complex business questions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, finance analytics, or BI.
• Expertise across the full data lifecycle: strategy, manipulation, modeling, and BI.
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft BI ecosystem (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in SQL; Python experience is appreciated.
• Deep understanding of Finance functions, financial statements, and core finance concepts.
• Must be based in Manila to comply with the hybrid work model

• Hands-on financial modeling experience.
