What you will do

• Architect and implement high-performance software solutions for internal operations.
• Design the core foundations of the platform, including shared standards and integration patterns.

• Take ownership of services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on scalable system design.
• Strong proficiency in Go and experience building distributed systems and APIs.
• Proven track record of modernizing systems with a focus on scalability and optimization.
• Ability to work independently on complex, high-impact projects.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience debugging production applications and managing incidents.
