What you will do

• Execute quality and reliability qualifications for new product introductions (NPI).
• Analyze test data and failure trends to drive predictive risk analysis and quality improvements.
• Perform detailed failure analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with engineering teams.
• Maintain and update quality test plans, documentation, and qualification standards.
• Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to support production validation.
• Coordinate with external test labs to ensure timely and accurate qualification results.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics).
• 2–5 years of experience in product quality, reliability engineering, or hardware validation.
• Strong foundation in reliability concepts, failure mechanisms, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with data-analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to support local and occasional overseas builds, audits, and qualification activities.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation processes.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics or predictive modeling tools.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience working in Linux or Windows environments.
