What you will do
- Perform safe and accurate equipment calibrations in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update calibration records and instructional documentation.
- Coordinate calibration activities with external laboratories and suppliers.
- Train personnel on relevant Test Procedures and calibration standards.
- Support QA Engineers during ISO and customer-specific quality audits.
- Escalate calibration issues and report out-of-tolerance equipment to supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: O Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional calibration experience.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Environment: Experience performing on-site calibration in optical, mechanical, and cleanroom settings.
- Compliance: Absolute adherence to strict SOPs and meticulous documentation practices.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
- Experience in ESD-safe electronics production environments.
