Senior Client Executive, Commercial Risk - Insurance Advisory Solutions, SW Region

Location: Remote in the Dallas Metroplex area, Texas, US; some travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage and service complex commercial insurance accounts at a strategic level.
• Build and strengthen consultative client relationships through tailored advice and regular account reviews.
• Analyze risk exposures and existing coverage, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Educate clients on new products, regulatory issues, coverage options, and policy strategies.
• Support advisors, manage the book of business, maintain client records, and cross-sell services across business lines.
• Work with industry partners and specialists to improve client service and risk management support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of advisory, client management, and plan management experience preferred.
• Experience managing clients at an advisor or client manager level, with broad knowledge of insurance products and policy matters.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures, develop risk maps, and communicate recommendations to clients and prospects.
• Maintain required state insurance licenses or obtain them within the first 90 days of employment.
