Location: Remote/work from home; must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Salary: $135,792–$178,227 per year in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington; $122,212–$160,404 per year in other locations.

What you will do
- Develop lifestyle-based, multicultural, population-specific, and condition-focused insurance product concepts.
- Translate strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, use cases, and product requirements.
- Analyze member needs, health disparities, market trends, competitive factors, and opportunity size.
- Coordinate product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth teams through pilot and launch planning.
- Support pilot execution, track performance, gather insights, and recommend refining, pivoting, or discontinuing concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams in requirements development and implementation while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management, ACA or Small Group products, or corporate strategy.
- Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programs.
- Must reside in one of the specified US states.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutions.
- Familiarity with multicultural or underserved population strategies.
- Exposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product models.
- Experience in early-stage product development or experimentation.
