What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to ship high-quality, end-to-end product experiences.
• Lead the team in executing short-term and long-term roadmaps while making effective technical tradeoffs.
• Identify, scope, and drive large-scale technical projects to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and development processes across the department.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the professional development of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including at least 3 years with React.
• Deep understanding of React patterns (compound, presentational, HOC).
• Experience implementing caching strategies and asynchronous state management for high-data-load applications.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility.
• Proven ability to drive decision-making and communicate transparently across functions.

Nice to have

• Track record of leading frontend platform development in high-growth environments.
• Experience with Electron or Tauri for desktop applications.
• Experience in high-volume data processing.
• Fluent in English.
