What you will do

• Build and extend automation functionality using an internal Python-based scripting framework.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical Python-based technical solutions.
• Develop sustainability-related solutions, specifically for carbon accounting and ESG reporting.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering stakeholders to integrate solutions and gather feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the scripting framework and automation capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.10+, including modern language features and best practices.
• Experience working with APIs, SQL, data processing, or automation-related solutions.
• Ability to perform end-to-end requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Fluent English communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation frameworks or internal scripting platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or carbon accounting reporting solutions.
