What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end ML delivery cycle, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting solution components.
• Design complex ML systems from scratch, focusing on architectural aspects, user needs, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business goals into data science problems and define relevant proxy metrics.
• Develop and maintain DS-powered services in production, collaborating with backend and infrastructure teams.
• Drive automation and track performance and efficiency metrics to ensure business impact.
• Mentor and onboard junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience autonomously implementing and leading ML projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in classic machine learning, deep learning, and advanced mathematics.
• Strong practical knowledge of MLOps instruments for managing the ML model lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks for streaming, batch, and async data processing.
• Solid software system design skills and knowledge of backend integration technologies (e.g., Golang).
• Deep understanding of Concept Drift and data preparation across all ML pipeline stages.
