What you will do

  • Execute and oversee daily internal and external reconciliations for client, corporate, and operational accounts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with FCA CASS 7 client money rules and segregation requirements.
  • Monitor cash movements, bank balances, and transactional activity across multiple payment channels.
  • Prepare and validate reconciliation reports and conduct investigations into breaks.
  • Support CASS audits, CMAR submissions, and regulatory reviews.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Funding Operations, and Compliance to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience working with FCA CASS regulations within a regulated financial services environment.
  • 3–5 years of experience in reconciliation, client money operations, or financial control.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the FX, brokerage, payments, or broader financial services sector.
