What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ML initiatives for player engagement and retention, from concept to production.
• Build scalable and reusable machine learning pipelines focusing on reliability and performance.
• Design and manage CI/CD workflows using MLflow, Jenkins, and GitOps for automated deployment.
• Monitor production model performance and implement retraining strategies and drift detection.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to translate business goals into high-impact ML solutions.
• Mentor other engineers and define best practices for ML system design and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with machine learning systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working on distributed data platforms such as Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for managing ML workflows and model lifecycle.
• Must be based in Canada
