What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Digital Business Line's involvement in pre-sales from early qualification to proposal submission and delivery handover.
• Maintain visibility of the proposal pipeline, tracking required skills, capacity impact, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure technical integrity of proposals by coordinating solution architecture, capacity, and estimation validation.
• Develop compelling client-facing proposal narratives, win themes, and executive-ready content.
• Promote the reuse of past proposals, delivery references, validated architectures, and financial models to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders to align commercial goals with delivery feasibility.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, bid management, architecture, consulting, or delivery management.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, agile delivery, and telco digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience supporting complex RFP/RFQ responses and conducting customer workshops.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial inputs into clear and compelling proposal content.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate contributors under tight timelines.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon.
