What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value affiliates and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate custom affiliate deals (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and secure exclusive offers.
  • Collaborate with brand and affiliate teams on joint initiatives and co-branded activations.
  • Represent the program at major iGaming industry conferences and networking events.
  • Research industry insights and market conditions to support partnership strategy.
  • Use CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards to manage partner activity and results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in iGaming or other high-risk industries in a similar affiliate/sales role.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective partner and stakeholder relationships.
  • Understanding of affiliate models and general affiliate marketing business processes.
  • Strong community connections with affiliates and relevant market leaders, media, event holders, and main platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
