What you will do

  • Maintain accounting records for local entities following group policies and local GAAP.
  • Manage cash and bank reconciliations in NetSuite on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Oversee tax filings and compliance by collaborating with local outsourcing providers.
  • Act as a Financial Controller for small international entities, ensuring US GAAP and audit compliance.
  • Administer the Yokoy expense management system and integrate data into the general ledger.
  • Support audit processes and drive continuous improvement of internal controls and reporting.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial control, preferably in an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of Brazil local accounting and tax regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS is a plus.
  • English: B2 or higher proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • Experience with Yokoy or similar expense management tools.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) systems and intercompany processes.
