TL;DR

Safety & Quality Operations Specialist (Analytics): Building and strengthening the safety and quality foundation for hirify.global’s Intercity vertical with an accent on end-to-end safety initiatives, driver quality-control operations, and data-driven hypothesis validation. Focus on improving tools and processes, running quality control measures (warnings/bans), and shaping safety strategy across Kazakhstan and the CIS region.

What you will do

  • Own safety initiative project management: maintain and continuously improve tools and processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
  • Launch and run driver quality-control programs, including warnings, bans, and related measures.
  • Generate and validate safety & quality hypotheses with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
  • Contribute to strategic safety & quality planning for the Intercity vertical across the CIS region, with accountability for Kazakhstan.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to inform development strategy for Intercity safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong analytics skills with excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Data-driven problem-solving and genuine enjoyment working with numbers.
  • Project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
  • Readiness to conduct customer development, generate hypotheses, and validate MVPs.
  • English: upper-intermediate level or higher; native-level fluency in Russian.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools.
  • Hands-on fieldwork experience and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
