What you will do

• Own and evolve AI-powered GTM systems including HubSpot, Stripe, and Ironclad.
• Design scalable workflows for lead management, customer acquisition, and revenue operations.
• Build AI agents and automations using platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Zapier, and Make to eliminate manual work.
• Develop reporting infrastructure and BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to build scalable operational infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM, Sales Ops, or Solutions Engineering.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or custom APIs.
• Strong understanding of LLM workflows (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT).
• Experience supporting revenue operations via Stripe or similar billing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
