TL;DR

Strategy & Planning Project Manager (Ride-Hailing): Driving the execution of high-impact strategic projects across the global Ride-Hailing division with an accent on operational cadence, cross-functional alignment, and governance. Focus on building high-performing squads, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and implementing AI-driven tools for project tracking and reporting.

Location: Must be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead high-stakes, cross-functional projects by building and managing project squads.
  • Design and optimize the operational cadence for the Ride-Hailing division.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, from agenda-setting to execution and follow-up.
  • Establish frameworks for tracking key initiatives, milestones, and performance.
  • Support cross-functional OKR management and unblock dependencies.
  • Implement AI tools to automate project tracking and optimize reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations in a tech company.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence multicultural teams.
  • Strong operational rigor in running high-density meetings and driving consensus.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools for project management.
  • English proficiency required (tested during the hiring process).

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or dynamic digital marketplaces.
  • Experience with multi-market or regional operations.
