Senior Strategy & Planning Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Cyprus, Limassol.

Salary: From EUR 64,700 gross annually.

What you will do

• Drive alignment of cross-functional goals, clarify ownership, unblock dependencies, and keep leadership informed of risks.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional Mobility projects by building project squads and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Implement AI and automation tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Design and manage the operational cadence for the Ride-Hailing division and align it with Legal, Government Relations, Finance, and other corporate functions.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda setting, pre-read preparation, follow-up execution, and accountability.
• Establish portfolio tracking for initiatives, milestones, and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations within a fast-paced technology company.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence diverse, cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong operational rigor, including experience running high-density meetings, building consensus among senior leaders, and converting complex discussions into structured actions.
• Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools for project management and reporting.
• Fluent English for everyday business communication.
