What you will do

• Act as the designated MLRO in Georgia to ensure full AML/CFT compliance.
• Lead the VASP licensing process and manage communication with the National Bank of Georgia.
• Develop and maintain AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting procedures.
• Oversee customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) processes and ongoing compliance controls.
• Manage relationships with banks, regulators, and external compliance partners.
• Monitor regulatory changes related to cryptocurrency to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AML, Compliance, or MLRO roles.
• Mandatory experience in a crypto or VASP company.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian AML/CFT regulations and NBG requirements.
• Proven experience with VASP licensing and regulatory processes in Georgia.
• Deep understanding of crypto operations, transaction flows, and wallets.
• Proficiency in English and Georgian.
