What you will do

• Lead legal and institutional assessments of Georgia's regulatory frameworks for agricultural land management.
• Draft legislative revisions and provide recommendations for land consolidation policies.
• Assist beneficiary farmers with property registration, inheritance issues, and land dispute resolution.
• Synchronize land use registration data with GIS project data.
• Supervise junior land team members in registry data collection and assessment.
• Provide technical support to the UTF project and update international experts on legal status.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Law.
• Must be a national of Georgia or have legal authorization to work in Tbilisi.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks related to land governance, property rights, and land tenure systems.
• Proven professional experience in the assessment, development, and implementation of regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adhere to UN standards of conduct.
