What you will do

• Own end-to-end security certifications and audit readiness for Korea operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison to Korean financial regulators including FSC, FSSC, and KISA.
• Define and execute the information security strategy aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cloud security architecture and ensure controls meet both global policy and local expectations.
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and vulnerability management programs.
• Manage and mentor local InfoSec teams while collaborating with global engineering, legal, and compliance departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with ISMS or ISMS-P certification in Korea.
• Deep familiarity with Korean financial/digital asset regulatory requirements (FSC, PIPA, KISA).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and modern enterprise security architectures.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a financial institution, crypto exchange, or fintech.
• Experience managing security functions during regulatory examinations or enforcement periods.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
