What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of European medical congresses, trade shows, and advisory boards.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution.
• Ensure all events comply with industry codes of conduct and internal transparency policies.
• Coordinate logistics including booth design, speaker management, and on-site staffing.
• Define and track event KPIs to report ROI and inform future planning.
• Standardize event processes and documentation to drive regional efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 5+ years of event management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale B2B events and budgets.
• Working knowledge of HCP interaction regulations and industry codes of conduct.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for on-site event execution.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or French.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
