What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and business case development to launch and optimization.
- Design customer-centric experiences to increase engagement, loyalty participation, retention, and revenue.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, CRM, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Monitor product KPIs (NPS, adoption, conversion) and perform competitive market benchmarks.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in Product Management roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Loyalty Programs, rewards ecosystems, or CRM products.
- Prior experience in Retail (strongly preferred), eCommerce, FMCG, or Hospitality.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or similar digital loyalty ecosystems.
