What you will do

• Provide accurate and timely weather forecasts to clients across multiple industries.
• Conduct forecast verification and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver customer training and participate in offshore deployments as needed.
• Collaborate with global forecast centers and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Work on a shift rotation that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

• Formal qualification in meteorology.
• Experience in weather forecasting, preferably in marine, renewable energy, or aviation forecasting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a shift rotation.
• Systematic, structured, proactive, and client-focused approach to work.
• Open-minded and collaborative attitude.
