What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP with CakePHP or Laravel.
• Build data-driven platforms to support complex healthcare business processes and analytics.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and TDD practices.
• Work with SQL databases, focusing on schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript and Vue.js as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional backend experience with PHP.
• Proficiency in CakePHP or Laravel frameworks.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level required.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design principles, and SQL database design.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Vue.js frontend framework.
