What you will do
- Develop and implement data integration between AWS-based services and an existing Yii2 application.
- Modernize legacy PHP solutions by integrating them with Yii2 and Vue.js components.
- Build and maintain backend functionalities and integration services.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure reliable data exchange and system stability.
- Support application deployment and operation in Linux-based environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience in PHP development.
- Hands-on experience with Yii2 and designing REST APIs.
- Experience working with MariaDB or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and Kubernetes-based applications.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
- English: Minimum B2 level required.
- Location: Work permit and residency within the EU region are mandatory.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German.
- Experience with AWS services and integrations.
- Experience applying GenAI (prompt patterns, agent-based workflows) within the SDLC.
- Interest in emerging AI-driven development practices.
