What you will do

• Build, test, and ship end-to-end features across the stack, from APIs and data models to user interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Own projects from concept to launch, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Improve system performance and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
• Evolve the codebase and technical architecture as the platform scales.
• Contribute to shared tooling, component libraries, and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer in a product-focused environment.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong experience with relational databases like Postgres.
• Product mindset with a focus on user impact and high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
