Engineering Lead, Infrastructure (Data & AI)

Location: Must be based in Singapore

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers based in Singapore.
• Design and implement robust, scalable data infrastructure tailored to engineering needs.
• Develop software systems and tooling to enhance self-service capabilities for the engineering team.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure software reliability and standards.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements for deployed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or engineering related majors.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Data streaming engineering experience.
• Prior experience working with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
