Location: Seattle, Washington; territory coverage includes Greater Seattle and Alaska. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Build and grow long-term relationships with intermediary clients and financial advisors.
• Use a consultative, client-first approach to identify needs and provide investment education, mentoring, and portfolio construction consultations.
• Develop and execute a data-driven client segmentation strategy.
• Deliver product presentations by phone, WebEx, office visits, cluster meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Plan strategic travel rotations to cover boutique firms and clients in non-metropolitan areas.
• Partner with the Division Sales Manager to create and implement a territory sales plan.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five or more years of sales experience marketing investment products to financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, competitive investment products, capital markets, and economic factors.
• Excellent listening, presentation, interpersonal, strategic planning, and data-driven business skills.
• Growth mindset and business-owner mentality.

Nice to have

• CFA, CIMA, or similar certification.
