What you will do

• Source and evaluate technology providers and alternative business solutions.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
• Manage contract renewals, vendor onboarding, and due diligence processes.
• Track procurement commitments, perform spend analysis, and report on cost-saving KPIs.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to align procurement with business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and ensure adherence to internal governance and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Vendor Management.
• Proven track record of negotiating with vendors and reviewing supplier contracts.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract optimization.
• Ability to effectively manage tech-related vendors and technology solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, Forex, or FinTech industries.
• Familiarity with ERP or purchase order systems.
• Greek language skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools.
• Experience in corporate environments with strict compliance and governance.
